Who We Are
Commercial Cleaning Specialists, Inc. is family owned and operated. We have been providing a variety of cleaning services throughout the Coachella Valley since 2001. We are licensed throughout the Coachella Valley and carry all required forms of insurance. In addition to office cleaning, CCS offers window cleaning, parking lot sweeping, all forms of floor care, and final construction clean up.

Our service proposals are 100% free and specific to each customer and their location. We view every account in person in order to provide the most accurate proposal we can. Service is provided on a month-to-month basis and can be cancelled by either party at anytime with a reasonable, professional amount of notice. All fees are honored for at least 2 years without increase.

It's a Family Thing
Commercial Cleaning Specialists, Inc. was started in June of 2001 by Ron Hensel. Ron's goal was to take a shot at being his own boss and being able to say he made a million dollars. After 40+ years of upper management with companies such as Toyota, Hughes Aircraft and Mitsubishi, Ron and his wife, Kay relocated to the desert in 2000.
After researching different business, Ron ultimately decided to purchase a small, local janitorial company that was up for sale. The new business was stressful and demanding and Ron soon offered his two sons the opportunity to join the business and potentially running it in the future it. By the end of 2002, both of Ron's sons, Brett and Brian, had quit their jobs, sold their homes, and relocated from Orange County to work full time in the growing business. In time, Ron's oldest brother, Jim would join the company and it was suggested that CCS change it's name to reflect the two sets of brothers that made up the family business.
In the years since, CCS has expanded with the acquisition of four additional companies. They have experienced all the ups and downs, all the struggles and successes, familiar to any small business. Through it all, CCS has come out on top and continues to move forward. Ron retired in 2011 leaving Brett and Brian as co-owners of the company. Today, the brothers work to grow the business their dad started all those years ago, while maintaining the business ethic responsible for the company's continued success. CCS will always set themselves apart from the competition with their dedication to their customers and the appreciation of their staff. CCS grows every year, both in customers and reputation, and is quickly becoming one of the most reputable janitorial service providers in the valley.
